What is your return policy?

Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days. Start a return via Shipping & Returns. Final-sale items aren’t eligible.

Do the towels shed or lint?

A small amount can occur during the first few washes with any high-pile cotton. It settles quickly—avoid softeners, wash alone the first couple cycles, and clean the dryer filter regularly.
